QuestPerks Signature Rewards Program™
QuestPerks is an exclusive benefit available to homeowners who are participating in the short-term rental program. Owners and their immediate family members will enjoy substantial discounts at other ResortQuest Partners' properties. With the inclusion of Partner Affiliates in 140 destinations across North America and Europe, choose from over 100,000 vacation rental properties in over 140 destinations world-wide. If an owner has their property utilized for a QuestPerk's discounted stay, they will receive the same rental revenue they would have received under the terms of your rental contract. There will be no management company commission charged.
Owner Exchange Program
ResortQuest and Wyndham has teamed up with RCI to allow our rental owners the chance to enter the Owner Exchange Program. Once you have joined the program owners may enter their unit in weekly increments (Saturday to Saturday only) for up to eight weeks of which a maximum of two weeks during the ski season. In return you get points that allow you to stay at any of the thousands of resorts worldwide. ResortQuest has agreed to pay the first year's membership fee of $89. Colorado Premier Card
Summit County homeowners in the rental program are eligible a complimentary two-night stay at one of our other ResortQuest Colorado destinations.
OwnerNet
Homeowners who participate in ResortQuest's vacation rental program are able to access a password protected area of www.ResortQuest.com, known as OwnerNet. Owner net is an online service that allows you to view your monthly owner statements, future reservations, make reservations for yourself or your guest. Local news and major weather events will be periodically posted and vary by location.

Homeowners receive exclusive discounts on bike, ski and board rentals, plus discounts on tunes and apparel at our preferred partners, Terry Sports and Christie Sports (including Door to Door Ski Rentals).

Owners in our rental program save 10% off three (or more) day Steamboat lift tickets when you lift tickets with us 14 days prior to arrival in Steamboat. Plus! They'll be waiting for you at check-in!

You Are Here! ResortQuest Steamboat has developed a comprehensive website for our homeowner associations, www.resortqueststeamboathoa.com. This user-friendly website provides easy 24-hour access to homeowner associations' documents and other pertinent resources. This website helps your association comply with the Colorado Senate Bills 100 and 89, adopted in 2005 and 2006 respectively. Also enjoy Steamboat real estate updates, a blog of pertinent news articles, photographs of construction projects and so much more! Homeowners can login to view private information pertinent to their specific association.
ResortQuest Embraces our Owner's Marketing Initiatives
Per our Rental Management Agreement, homeowners grant ResortQuest the sole exclusive right to rent and manage their unit. Our homeowners agree to conduct all rentals of their unit through ResortQuest and they agree to pay to ResortQuest any rent or fees received for the rental of the Unit.
Over the past few years we have successfully partnered with several of our owners who market their vacation home websites like www.vrbo.com (Vacation Rentals By Owner). Homeowners manage their listings on these websites and refer all reservation inquiries to ResortQuest.
