The Steamboat Ski Area and Town of Steamboat Springs are undergoing some very exciting changes and improvements. There will be various construction projects around the ski area base and close to some of ResortQuest Steamboat's lodging properties.

These projects will not impede the services, amenities and activities that guests of ResortQuest have come to love and expect.

Week-to-week ResortQuest's team will monitor the impact of the construction on our various Steamboat Springs lodging properties. If necessary, we will best accommodate guests that would be impacted. ResortQuest's guests can rest assured that we will take care of them.
